She has designed and directed large scale multi product, multi channel business, process and customer transformations, in a variety of go to market propositions (D2C, B2C and B2B) Part of the executive leadership team with influence at the C-Suite and Board level, She is well versed in how to operate in complex, volatile, uncertain and changing strategic business environments.
Her current role as Chief Transformation Officer at the Global Education company Pearson has seen her lead the global restructuring, business and Enabling functions transformations and drives business led innovation for the group. She also has accountability for the Organisational Risk, Resilience and Pearson’s response to the Pandemic and workplace strategies.
